We have sequenced and assembled the Heleia helle genome, combining ONT and Illumina data. The resulting genome assembly has a 23.6 Mb contig N50 and comprises a total span of 547 Mb of sequence. The estimated Merqury QV is 46.6. BUSCO against the insecta_odb10 database retrieves a 99.1% of complete genes.
