The assembly and annotation of Cinara cedri were produced in this project. The resulting assembly has a size of 396.03 and a scaffold N50 of 1.23Mb, The annotation resulted in 16,996 protein-coding genes, whose 24,835 transcripts encode 22,503 unique protein products and 13,478 lncRNA genes.
